Pros

Not much time up on your feet, mainly sitting at computers. If there are no games, you have plenty of time to work on personal stuff. Pretty easy when you get the hang of it, if it weren't for the cons.

Cons

Management is extremely POOR. You will have to do things outside of the job description and outside of your scheduled hours. It was EXPECTED of us to come in before our scheduled time and not clock in until that specific time. Expect to open or close shifts by yourself, even if you are a minor or a vulnerable person. It's also mandatory for you to work through your lunch. This is all due to staff shortages, which would be understandable if the owners were accommodating and gave overtime for working through lunch, but they don't LOL. There are so many alternatives to help the employees get their proper breaks the owners could have done, but instead they have decided to cut corners and screw their employees over. And even though there was a staff shortage, I was never given the minimum amount of hours I asked for. Also, I never met the owners (they only have two locations...) in person, only spoke to one via our communication platform and the other owner never responded to my messages. None of my coworkers when I worked there ever met the owners either, despite some of them working over a year at Limitless, at both locations. You will also be required to reply and interact with management and owners outside of your working hours via prev. mentioned communications platform. They really had no concern for their employees even when they have the possibility of being in danger by working alone in the store. Also, owners have their own personal security camera in the control room to watch employees whenever they wanted, which was weird. Because of this ability to watch us, employees would get in trouble for having their phones out, causing the owners to ban employee's personal phones all together while I was there. In result, the owners wasted money and time trying to provide loopholes to their own rules, and made everyone's lives harder in the end. I've worked at many other escape rooms prior and after my time at Limitless, and none of them were managed as poorly as this company. They put a bad rap on all other escape rooms. Do not apply to work here or even spend money at this company.
