Worked there for 2 months in the summer of 2021. They sell the position to you like they teach you to sell services to potential clients. Proposed as a marketing job with a sales component, when it's really just door-to-door sales. Promise a quick rise through the ranks to managing a sales team and then becoming an assistant manager (once you have already started), but quickly found out that the door-to-door with commission-only pay would last for at least a year, if not more. Employee turnover is ridiculously high, hours worked are high with no guarantee of any pay if you don't sell. Scummy to trick people into doing door-to-door sales by saying it's marketing (they still do). Expected to work over 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, year round. In terms of actual selling, anything barring full-on lying to customers is encouraged to get them to buy.
