1. Unprofessional management 2. Liers 3. Take you for granted 4. Non trustworthy when it comes to professional commitments. 3 rounds were taken in 3 days. 2 telephonic 1 f2f. They told me that my performance was good and they will update me by the end of the day. I was taking a regurlar followup with the consultant. I was constantly getting reply from consultant that "Director sir is busy in a meeting. He will talk with hr as soon as he gets time." It took 5 days for them to reply and what they offered me was 20000 inr pa lesser than my current package. I agreed to the package because i was looking for learning rather than a good hike. They asked me to talk to my manager that how soon can he relieve me. After having a conversation with my manager I told them that I have to serve complete notice period of 1 month which I had already told the consultant in our first conversation. Consultant told me that he will talk to hr and update me. I was again taking a regurlar followup with the consultant. I was constantly getting reply from consultant that "Director sir is busy in a meeting. He will talk with hr as soon as he gets time." After waiting for 4 days I told consultant that I am losing my interest in the job and need the final words as soon as possible because I have already talked to my manager about my resignation. He arranged a direct call with hr and I heard the most unexpexted thing from her. "Sorry, to keep you waiting. You are already having a high package. And I need to discuss it with the director. We will update you by tomorrow first half." So, I just rejected the offer. My advice not to go for this company for an interview as they will bargain with you like you are buying someting from a grocery store and still wont stand at what they offer.
