Optional work from home for some employees Decent pay rate Semi-flexible hours given enough employees Management seemed to care about employees
Cons
Upper managers/owner are allowed to freely gossip about employees/clients or anything else they see fit. Though other employees are written up/terminated if they do the same. When there aren't more than 5 employees staffed with the company you're basically required to work pretty long hours with no real break or lunch/dinner time given. Management will give false information regarding a situation that transpires within the company (whether that be employee to employee or otherwise) No responsibility is taken by anyone and a finger is just pointed toward someone else.
