Pros
Very approachable MD, a realist who always makes the time when you need them. Good workplace flexibility when needed, friendly teams, and they are open to new ideas and opportunities. You can get a lot done in a short space of time. Roles are fully provisioned, if you need it and can show why, they will get it.
Cons
Family business means people are in management roles because they are family members, so accountability, progressive change, and internal growth are limited. Salaries are quite low, and the business prefers to remain the size it is rather than grow and expand.
