Some really nice people work there and there is lots of opportunity to improve processes.

Several departments are useless and there is a lack of overall strategy on delivering an excellent customer service from start to finish. So many problems.

Have to overpay folks to work here and then have mass layoffs when they get to the next inevitable money crisis
Current management has destroyed what was once a dynamic business
