Everyone here is super helpful. They really want to help you grow as a person both professionally and personally. The owner has an open door policy and encourages you to talk to him about anything.
Cons
The commute is a bit far, maybe think about expanding out.

I have worked with this management team and I couldn’t be more excited about the company’s future! The culture at Lincoln can not be matched and the people are the best. I am so excited to see the rapid growth here and can’t wait to be apart for it! Keep going guys you’re great!
Cons
Hours are long but definitely worth it for anybody that wants a career! I wish I would have found this opportunity earlier in my life.
