      Pros

      My time here has been nothing short of incredible. Plenty of opportunities for growth, the people are great to work with, and the work life balance is just about as good as it gets. The work is really fulfilling as well! Could not recommend more.

      Cons

      With a company of this size, work load can really fluctuate over time. Some seasons it's very relaxed, and others it's very focused and can occasionally get fairly stressful.

      Great mission and a fun to place to work

      Pros

      Excellent climate focused mission and goals, Lots of interesting things to learn and challenges to solve. Great culture, with amazingly friendly and smart people to work with. Very flexible work environment. Clear and honest communication from leadership.

      Cons

      Not by any means an uncommon problem for many places, but the biggest challenge is probably having the ideal resourcing and time to achieve the ambitious goals while also managing the typical tech debt. Some difficulties with the slower moving pace of the industry.
