The CEO tends to micromanage every aspect of the business, stifling creativity and making it challenging for employees to work independently and complete tasks.
I liked my job responsibilities, the work environment of a fast-paced tech company that was constantly changing, and enjoyed working with the CEO and the team.

Work-life balance can be challenging because there is a lot of responsibility given to you but as you get acclimated to the website content and comfortable with your job it gets manageable. Some team members did not like the occasional weekend work but I did not mind it.
