Pros
Remote work available always from technically anywhere as long as you do the needful and have home office setup. (They were too cheap for an office).
Cons
Basically everything else. Poor leadership, poor project management, poor direction for employees. Lack of competition in the sector is why Lingel is succeeding. It is a tenacious company supporting an obsolete product that quite a few people still use. But Lingel exploits this endlessly by leveraging it over unsatisfied customers and employees who can't transfer their skills to other opportunities.
