Pros

Great colleagues Great brand but... (see cons) Great intentions Great mission The work empowers the community

Cons

A facade of happiness Inability to have real discussions about emotions and challenges Micromanaging insignificant things, while being dismissive of large issues that need managerial attention Huge amounts of manual labor; little automation Lack of tools/tech Inexperienced leadership Little to no operational leverage Company culture and brand is performative- it isn’t authentic to the nature of the organization Constant scramble by management to keep the company afloat while forcefully preserving an image of stability and happiness

Pros

Good mission Good company vision New building Potlucks

Cons

– Toxic company culture even when presenting something else. – Company has been struggling with a high turn over rate, at least 6+ employees quit in the last 6 months – Benefits are not good, cafeteria plan incentive was removed from employee manual without notice – Department budgets were slashed after loosing a big client over a year ago and leads to slow growth to technology – Sales team focuses on getting more clients yet office staff doesn’t grow due to “budget issues” – Other departments take turns covering front desk for the last 8 months since no replacement is being hired – After losing the graphic designer, all marketing materials have to be done on the fly and sometimes right before client presentations – Customer Service team is forced to focus primarily on increasing numbers and pushing numbers instead of helping patients interpretation needs

Pros

Getting to work with a lot of two-faced people. Highly competitive work environment.... beware of others around you. Get ready for a ton of sugar coating. Having upper management watch your every move and critique it. Having the opportunity to show off your kissing-up-to-others skills.

Cons

ohh nothing is a con at this company hahaha
