      Pros

      Competitive salary. Able to increase your salary bi yearly (and I have been able to more than double my salary in almost 3 years). Fully remote working and no micromanaging. Manager and c-suite prioritise my happiness at work. Able to run my own race and manage my patch how I want to. If you smash it, you are rewarded. Simple as that.

      Cons

      No real cons come to mind for me personally, If you like to be completely independent and run your own race you’ll be happy at Linkby

      Horrible work environment Incompetent, manipulative leadership Genuinely inappropriate behaviour from C-Suite No real learning or growth opportunities Leadership has bad morals in regards to customers experience No space for collaborative thought. Leadership doesn’t care to improve Leadership likes to lead with a stick, not carrot
