It used to be an excellent place for work with Malte’s Leadership and currently terrible like hell.

Cons

Pathetic place to work after new management stepped in. 0 transparency - higher attrition rate. Most of the new hires are puppets of new management Employees have been asked to take organisation survey as anonymous and later fired for honest feedback that has been given for the betterment of the organisation
