Pros

Location, that's pretty much it

Cons

Self absorbed management, extreme micro management to the point where going to the toilet is scrutinised. Gossiping team members who actively try to sabotage careers and bully. Harrassment, lack of humanity, mundane, cut throat, petty, stressful, good work isn't rewarded.

We want to ensure that every employee can voice their views, and provide mechanisms through the employee survey, our anonymous reporting line or at exit interview. Pros

Great benefits Great people Flexible Treat you like an adult

Cons

The only thing I would have changed was having the ability to work from home but the leaders of this organisation recognised that was what people wanted and changed the policy. Can't ask for more than that.

Pros

Most of my colleagues are very nice people. The work is interesting. There is a potential to become a really big, great company, and the management want that. The strategic vision is clear.

Cons

It's an old-school boys club. Women are not taken seriously. The senior management realise diversity and inclusion are important, but don't really buy in to it or seem to actually want to change. If you are not in the inner 'boozy lunches' club your career progression feels limited, and it feels like this 'club' is limited to men.
