Pros
Nothing positive, too much backbiting and unnecessary gossip. Unskilled and emotional top management.
Cons
This is one of the worst places to work. One of highly toxic environments. Team leaders sets up traps for other team leaders and blame game is skewed to finance department. You need to be emotionally stable and intelligent to survive a month. You speak your mind and the old guards labels you as a threat and backbiting starts. Eventually you get dismissed on false accusations. The culture created by the old guards is a toxic one. Gossip at the centre and you might be disrespected for doing your work better. It's an extreme toxic work environment where team leaders gossips and backbiters, very unprofessional. Staff personal data kept by the HR isn't safe, it will be exposed by the HR then gossipped. A bunch of ladies team leaders who have a sense of entitlement to the organisation will mess up your career if you try to streamline some of the things they have personal interests in. Expect the software engineers team to do an audit of your personal communication devices, social media activities, browsing history and expose it to other team leaders, then gossip very unprofessional. The employer takes advantage of the employees by giving false expectations. Workload is extreme while remuneration is off, you air your concerns you get dismissed. You can be fired anytime. Unprofessional dismissals. Salary will be delayed every month and you might go for months without pay and get an unexpected deduction for a day you went on an off day. Expect a pay cut from time to time and the company downsizes and no increment on upscale.
