Pros

The people are friendly and the room for growth within the company is phenomenal. Expectations are clear, feedback and kudos are given on a weekly basis. I was able to move up within the company quickly. The first promotion is available within 90 days out of training and includes a $3/hour pay increase. Company offers significant tuition reimbursement and will work around any school schedules. Fantastic "extras" like nice break room, candy cart, culture club, company outings, etc.

Cons

Limited flexibility due to expectation of being on the phone for a full shift.

I have worked at LE for two years and I am pleased with the company. The environment is amazing and this company cares about their employees. We have a chance to bonus every two weeks and they also give incentives like gas cards, $500 visa gift cards, chiefs tickets and Nintendo switch. I especially love the team builders like the company picnic, the Christmas party and the team meetings. LE donates to lots of charities around the KC Metro Area. The job itself is easy and I work from the comfort of my home 3 days a week!

Need more schools to work with.
