      Worked as a full time employee for 3 years Very good growth and friendly environment. Good HR policies.

      Cons

      Do not join on any ETL technologies Informatica/ PLSQL/ETL Testing. No work life balance and Miserable life in all ETL projects. Poor management and lot of politics.
