      Pros

      Small call centre - close to home - homey atmosphere

      Cons

      Poor training, poor management (for most part) there were a couple that were amazing. As it was a small employer at times a negative atmosphere

      Pros

      Good people to work with if you can get into an area you like and doesn't strain your back. Supervisors look after the base mostly

      Cons

      Terrible pay (full time $21/hr), Awful hours, get complained at when you have more than a few days sick a year, supervisors and management are a joke. Everyone that is considered different than a process Worker are on a major power trip.
