Pros
The people are friendly. Its nice feeling valued by the company heads. Bonuses throughout the year and a big bonus at Christmas.
Cons
An hour for lunch makes it a 9 hour day, would be happy with just 30 mins to have the day a bit shorter. But that's all, its a great place to work.
