There are and have been serious concerns regarding Literacy Achieves current leadership. As a soon to be former employee of this organization, it is widely known internally and externally that current leadership is significantly undermining the mission and integrity of this long standing organization. Specific Concerns: Employees and volunteers are leaving due to incompetent leadership, low morale and a very concerning sick work environment. Current and pending EEOC complaints. Dwindling community support due to overall lack of confidence in organizations’ leadership and lack of direction. It's a very sad situation, Literacy Achieves has such an important mission with wonderful clients. This organization deserves so much better. Be very wary of this organization. Average employee lifespan is under a year.

Horrible leadership, no organization, constant changes in staff & ultimately a psychologically unhealthy environment.
