The startup is not growing at all because
* Its product is still nascent despite 2 years of operations.
* Very costly swapping business on the customer side so no one is interested in investment
* Founder lies a lot about the business and investors.
* 2 Sundays in a week are working
* Very pathetic work culture. Directors consider employees as labourers because we are forced to work long hours. From 9:30 am to 8:30 pm Mon to Sat
* Only 1 paid leave per month. If you take more then salary deduction
* Resignations are very much. Employees don't get the work mentioned in job description of vacancies
* VERY LOW SALARY.
