After 20 years in a very structured policy driven environment, coming to work for Lithko was and is a breath of fresh air. Lithko is a half a Billion dollar company that gives you the small company family environment without the small company politics. The great culture, team cohesiveness and family feel is not what you wold expect for a company its size. Lithko does not believe in a vertical hierarchy, theirs is more horizontal, every manager and leader has an open door policy and they all make you feel like a valued member of the team.
