    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Litmus Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Ambitious group growth strategy that is more interesting than big 4 advisory - High transparency and willingness / openness to engage (don't have to 'keep it in') - Lots of great colleagues and people managers - Open to innovation - if you want to carve out a new niche within the business you will be supported or at least the idea will be entertained - Evolving positively; some of the problems cited in other reviews have been or are in the process of being fixed

    Cons

    - Some states have healthier office culture than others - Operational / support processes still in the process of improving - Quite high chance of having to travel for engagements

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Litmus Group full-time

    Pros

There are some very talented consultants at the lower levels wanting to make a difference.

    Cons

Leadership style is from the dark ages Boys club at the leadership level No self awareness at the leadership levels No investment on their 2 core products - People and IP Amateur hour and very uninspiring It's a bodyshop and doing very little 'real' consulting

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Litmus Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Like all consulting companies, the people really make or break the organisation, I had the pleasure of working with some excellent colleagues. - Transparent with regards to salaries and business performance - Can be involved with BD and PD at all levels of the org - Employee owned

    Cons

    - Some people had to travel some distance for work regularly. Standard consulting practice. - As per other companies, there were individuals who weren't team players
