Pros

-Depending on your work location staff meal is actually pretty good. -some people are pretty decent

Cons

They should change their name from little farms to 'Little Farms of horrors' - the theatrical shitshow. I would not advise anyone to even consider applying for this place even as a last resort, JUST RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. From day one, when you are promised fair staff treatment and work life balance. Congratulations, welcome to day one of clown training. Expect 10-12 hour shifts on a daily basis with no work life balance. Forget having a social life or friends, you will be placed under the clownery of emotionally blackmailing manipulative management. with unqualified, unskilled and untrained people placed in leadership positions consistently asking of their staff the impossible. When you do feedback any amounts of unhappiness, they will just come up to you in your clown make up and smile while squeezing your little squeaky red nose. All the resident clowns (i mean staff) has to fake a smile to all of management not allowing any form positive/negative constructive feedback whatsoever. regarding the work that has to be done urgently, and to quote a previous review 'wait untill dinosaur reborn also will not happen' Problem solving takes a century, so you will go completely ignored, it will only be deemed important when the clowns (ahem i mean staff) becomes injured or falls seriously ill (maybe avoiding legal accusations of abuse?). You will feel like you a clown in a circus act (theatrical musical). Do not give in to any form of sudden nicer treatment by this point, they are keeping their clowns (sorry i mean slaves) in a row. Expect to be bullied in the workplace and be completely ignored; until once again a warning of abuse is given. The attitude towards the resident clowns (sorry i mean staff) is also passive aggressive, rude and entitled. staff evaluation even answered with honesty is only met with more gaslighting and boxing in of what the staff can or cannot do. leaving you questioning your real role at the establishment and you will definitely feel like an abused show monkey/ clown/ circus act. Creative project (should be better called clown act special), You will be treated like a show monkey, doing it all entertaining them with no credit or compensation. All personal achievements cannot be made known or they will take credit and doing none of the work, while you get dragged back to be treated like an abused circus animal/ clown. Only to be berated down as not treating them like 'family' and lying to them (while truthfully they are the ones holding the whip like the ringmaster.) BEWARE OF THIS!!!!!!! Liars through and through, do not believe a word they say regarding pay rise and promotions. you will get clowned for real, no amount of feedback will make them change, the reviews are real.

Pros

None, read all the low rated reviews below, they are the truth. The recent influx of high rated reviews are the work of the management team trying to save their faces. Unscrupulous management trying underhanded ways to boost their egos have been an ongoing practice here.

Cons

Upper management (aka directors) do not speak for the company, the reviews below show the truth. Do look out for more truths coming out on glassdoor as mass resignations are ongoing.
