They will accuse you of breaking every law under the sun They are not to be trusted, they do everything within their power to seem legitimate, while shutting down any means with which foreigners have to live a life in Korea. They will abuse you, use your mental health against you, put teachers against each other and make sure that you are as subservient as possible. If you want to teach in Korea, consider another employer, because they will make your life miserable, if you're not their wage slave.
