No support, but more classes of mixed ages.

The management at this center is very poor. The center manager lacks effective management skills and struggles to communicate with the staff due to limited English proficiency but work in a center as English is the main language. Many parents have voiced their concerns about her rudeness. She tends to delegate all the workload to the staff while remaining in her office, doing very little herself, yet takes credit for the team's accomplishments.
