Pros
Extra activities to participate in, awesome vacation policy, wonderful children, and some life long friends.
Cons
Low pay, owners are power hungry and money hungry, high stress, ALWAYS putting kids in classrooms they don’t belong in nor are they developmentally ready for and the way the owners treat the staff is honestly terrible. Anyone can see they have favorites and if you’re not on that list you mine as well be in hell.

The environment is a wonderful place to work. Ive met some lifetime friends working here. There are always extra events to participate in
Cons
There is no room for advancement and the pay is no good than minimun wage. They dont give out good wages. This is not a place to work if you ave a family or bills to take care of. They dont give you a consistant schedule. They care more about making money than helping their employees advance.
