Micro managers, overworked shifts with no breaks, ok to take more from staff, but nothing to give them in return (even words of appreciation).

The rest. 5 days work, 11 hours shift and 30 minute break which will be interrupted as don’t have enough staffs. A bit shady as they don’t have clock in and clock out too lol in 2024 telling that they trust the staff. ( YEAH RIGHT ). So much of trusting that they don’t even let the manager that they hired to do sales closing 💀 Sneaky as well. Must be very attentive. There’s a clause that you’ll be deducted $200 if you resign within one year or they fire you 🫡. Legendary. Micromanagement & no empathy at all. Very less salary for the amount of work you’ll be doing and you’ll be watched. Like till you won’t even be comfortable at some point. Yeah and there’s a time that one of the staff’s meal was spoiled, no apology, no empathy, just simply replace. If I die, I die la. Who cares, just a service staff isn’t ?
