Pros
The teachers I worked with were very empathetic and kind, we all earnestly tried to do our best to take care of kids. There was a good sense of support amongst teachers.
Cons
The environment from management is toxic and incredibly unsupportive. The school is often understaffed forcing us to work nonstop to keep the school running. It was a stressful environment to work in.
