      Saving grace would be if you had great coworkers at your location

      Cons

      My particular location had horrible management. Cared little for teachers well being/mental health. Did not properly train new staff and that set them up to fail. High staff turnover. Low low low wages with no benefits.

      I got ok and the children are wonderful.

      Cons

      Not a safe environment to be around they pray on the new or on the ones who are nothing like them. Im sorry I tried to stick with it and deal with it, but its too toxic.
