Mission and Vision is respectably pleasant.
Cons
Management is trash, the management within the Philippine office does not know how to properly manage their employees, not only that, they don't know how to treat employees right nor deal with recurring issues. Incentives or gifts from the US team unable to reach employees who earned it, late payday pays and unprofessionalism, with no room/opportunities for career growth for current employees. Dynasty type of employment is also happening, no interviews, no assessment and no intellectual evaluation. Not recommended for Philippine based folks.
