Pros
The company is focused on making the employee experience different on a positive state and a step higher compared to other companies. The management is very pro employee. Everyone is taken good care of. Some of us, here in PH receives our incentive from day 01 of employment. The management pays for all statutory benefits and we got the best HMO in town! I see myself working and retiring in this company.
