Terrible leadership - you're made to feel inadequate for having to deliver boring and repetitive work. You'll often be asked for open files and never get any feedback. There isn't enough work to keep creatives busy and when there is you're expected to complete work in an unreasonable amount of time. Outright ffavouritismtowards certain staff members.
