Growing company Start up atmosphere with plenty of opened positions due to fast growth Bonus every 3 months

When I read the comments of my ex colleagues, I'm quite upset. Yes it's not perfect company but perfect company doesn't exist.

This company give chance to people to have opportunity to growing up in the company. I started 2 years ago as customer service representative, after one year i passed manager deputy, and after another year i passed manager. I can confirm that bonuses are given if you are a worker ;)
Cons
sodexo card would be nice to be add in the benefits ;)
