Worst place to work with incompetent staff and a tyrant boss
Pros
Good pay -but this is only because you are required to do almost 10 things at any given time when things get very hectic, no one cares about your well-being, you are a robot to these networks Full insurance coverage Free snacks Metro reimbursement
Cons
A boss that is aggressive, uses foul language and thinks its acceptable. Screams at employees and hires 'kids' straight out of college with no professionalism, integrity and refuses to provide any comprehensive training for employees. May I also mention allowing workplace bullying and bipolar staff that aggressively respond to questions by attacking employees. (Fear of safety from an unstable female that verbally attacked me and appeared to want to lash out physically) Stay clear of this place!!!
