Pros
Overall, the work environment is pleasant, with good people and, in some positions, a better work-life balance. They also strive for good teamwork.
Cons
The CTO lacks the essential hard and soft skills to lead a people-oriented or technology-related position. He recently discovered disk models but can’t differentiate between a blue color person and a yellow psychopath who exerts complete control over him. The company’s systems are highly unstable, resulting in a poor Service Level Agreement (SLA) that causes significant headaches, occasionally disrupts work-life balance, and generates substantial overtime.
