Wonderful company mission, but horrible management

Pros
They will hire you on the spot just show up to the interview. So if you need something to fill the spot before you get a job of your liking this is the place for you.
Cons
Management has no leadership or communication skill to efficiently run a business much less a medical office. Not enough computers, phones, desk for everyone to effectively perform their roles. The main doctor CEO has no regard for personal time off, he sends anger emails at 3 am to discipline employees while cc'ing the entire company to "teach you a lesson".

- Management takes feedback personally so it's a bit difficult to voice opinions.
