      - Physically flexible, boss checks the results only. No need to go to the office every day. - The boss is willing to take opinions or new ideas if you have one. Good platform for a creative person.

      Cons

      Not enough professional business mind-set. It doesn't seem like a sales-driven business. You cant grow if the business is not growing.

      Working with a multicultural team was a blast, and I felt like I was always going into work and learning something new.
