      WORST EMPLOYER OF MY LIFETIME!

      Pros

      - You will quickly learn what it takes to work for a narcissist... I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.

      Cons

      - All employees treated like dirt & paid dirt - Ultra High turnover, support staff is grossly underpaid - Customers get ripped off and are routinely unsatisfied - Zero training - Low base salary - No-one at the company knows what they are doing and you will be the bad person in the customers eyes - Unskilled and untrained technicians - Horrible benefits, if you have a family, this place will not work... children will not be covered. - Ownership is stuck in the 1980's, completely lost touch with reality, no clue what a customer wants or how to sell/deliver

      Pros

      Great people. Enjoyable place to work with lot's of activities and gatherings. Fast paced and always plenty to learn. Company pays for education and training. Company vehicles and cards.

      Same as any place in the city - Traffic!

      Small company pros and cons

      Pros

      Sales people are great to work with. Lots of flexibility. Fast-paced work environment and if you thrive on problem-solving, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Top management care more about money than employees. Product installed is low-quality. You get what you pay for. Small companies always have chaos when it comes to scheduling projects, be prepared for that.
