Pros

If your thrive off buzzwords and politics this is the place for you.

Cons

- Zero loyalty. - Cliques. - Ownership that is extremely greedy and shady. - Politics galore. - Huge egos. - Will fire you just because “they don’t like the way you look. - Cult mentality. If you don’t fully buy into LoanPro and sacrifice everything for the company you will be bullied and fired. - If you aren’t one of the owners favorites you won’t get swag, trips, and will actually be bullied by them. - Zero diversity. - Take pride in “squeezing every penny out of poor customers.” - Awful culture with zero values or integrity from the top down, ESPECIALLY with sales leadership. - CEO will constantly tell you you’re on “mount stupidity” to your face and make you feel less than him. They are going to bury my review with the CEO and executive team leaving a bunch of fake reviews for 5 stars using their new buzzword of “builders.” Those reviews are all coming from the same person not multiple happy employees. You’ve been warned.

Pros

Great coworkers, cool office, innovative product.

Cons

I was with this company for 3 years. I started with a lot of great prospects and promised growth opportunities as we were just breaking into the larger market space and the company was about to expand in a big way. We were told constantly that there were no politics and you are simply rewarded for hard work in this “family”. I don’t want to be negative and I’m not one to write reviews, but I just feel obligated to say that if you are considering working here, be cautious. My experience was not what was communicated above. Employees and customers alike are not treated equally and are taken advantage of as much as the owners can get away with. In the words of one of their own VP’s, they are still car salesman at heart, and unfortunately they treat “deals” with employees and customers the same way. Thus far, they have been able to hire great people that has helped hide a lot of these issues, but many of these things are coming to light now. Again be cautious before taking this job. P.s. the management goes in to add 5 star glass door reviews, so be careful of a lot of those

Pros

LoanPro has alot of amazing employees that are keeping things alive. Really cool office with a pool table, lunch room, ping pong, golf simulator, and stocked fridges.

Cons

After almost 3 years there has been a lot of change. It's been unfortunate because there is a lot of potential but people are led by fear. The leaders at LoanPro don't care about you as a person. If you are apart of the clique, you're set and won't have issues but that clique is family and close friends they grew up with. People are extremely underpaid and undervalued. The C Suite leads as a dictatorship and when you don't fit a certain mold, you're out. This is the most toxic workplace and people pretend it doesn't exist. As soon as someone is called out for anything, they'll be the next let go so be careful in sharing your true thoughts and feelings. This company is not a place I would suggest to anyone. Work-life balance is terrible. There is no flexibility to run to a Dr. appt or take care of life events. PTO is as low as it gets also. There are no opportunities to grow as they'll hire outside friends or they've already got those positions mapped out for their family. No executives or leaders will reach out regardless of how long you have worked there. They don't care about you.
