- Minimal training and support for new staff - Promoting from within is rare and then external hires (even managers) are often unsuitable for the role or don’t stay long after seeing the state of things - Salaries are low to average and some people were actually being paid much less than market value only being corrected under the guise of recent “promotions” (ie. from junior to mid level) - Unsustainable and inconsistent sales practices lead to poor quality despite the supporting teams efforts to correct - Flexible work in Perth actually means you must work in the office unless you have an airtight reason to need flexibility - Team is diverse, but only surface-level and it is not an inclusive space for anyone who doesn’t live or think like leadership - Some senior leaders are actually openly bigoted, conspiracy theorists and more. Anyone who does not agree or ignore these harmful attitudes will not fit in and likely not last long. - The company aggressively pushed for a NASDAQ listing (which it achieved), but abandoned sustainability and is now non-compliant with the stock exchange and also damaged its internal process and culture - Many people have left due to the reasons above and more, and recently the company laid off 15% more staff to even out the poor company performance to “reorganise” - Overall, it’s a company that will promise a lot, highlight crafted values a lot but ultimately likely leave you burned out or otherwise unhealthy

If you don't like change, probably not the best place to be at the moment, lots of new hires coming on board are providing many opportunities for more feature development/enhancement and also improvements to sales and service delivery. Some processes are still very start-up like. There are lots of MVPs and first time processes, but it is quite the ride if you love getting your hands dirty and being part of the design of something big.
