I love working at Local Hero. It's a great family atmosphere and one of the best jobs I have ever had. The local is top notch, the clients are wonderful and the projects are challenging. I enjoy my job immensely and have learned a lot
Cons
Working in a boutique will come with some negatives. It's rough when you wear multiple hats in a very busy post house, but it's also a very exciting challenge. When you have very little you are expected to be creative to get the job done. That can be a rough lesson to learn, but it's a must needed one to be successful in the boutique world.
