Thank you for expressing your 2 days lack of experience with us. It appears that you STILL don't understand the job duties here. Finding unverified listings and helping business owners GET verified is exactly the service that we offer. We claim to be "Authorized Google My Business Representatives" precisely because we ARE. Paying a fee for this service is exactly what Google says you will do when you choose to take advantage of what a third party can offer you. You say "...stop scamming unsuspecting business owners." Each business owner that signs up with us signs an agreement stating who we are and where we're located. They are anything but "unsuspecting." As far as our BBB is concerned: We have a "B" rating with them. Considering we don't pay to be a BBB member, and with over 11,000 customers, we think we're doing something right. Thank you for expressing your unsubstantiated concerns here on this platform - and we wish you luck in finding a job where you actually pay attention during training class. Nobody here pretends to be Google. And we all know that what we do is help small business owners with their online presence. Yes, we charge a fee, and we fulfill our customer orders - hence why we have a real customer service department. It's plain to see that this is the ex-employee that was fired for sleeping at their desk. We know who you are. And your review in light of the other honest/true reviews is clearly an emotional reaction to a situation you found yourself in.
