Pros
a big margin of flexibility in taking decisions related to your work whether what/how/when to do it. Since it's a type of boutique firm, you find yourself part of every task and you get the exposure to diversified knowledge however, it's a good option if you are undergraduate or with no work experience.
Cons
You have to always work under unnecessary pressure in a toxic, unhealthy and depressing culture. The management encourages unprofessional behaviors and trigger conflict of interests among the employees. It's not recommended unless you are jobless.
