      Pros

      The mentality and drive of the team is incredible. Growth and learning is not discounted; each person brought on board is trusted with their tasks; if you don't know something, ask and learn how to do it.

      Cons

      Startup environment for the most part; the workload isn't something anyone can get used to or persevere through.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours to suit various circumstances. Supportive leadership team. Surrounded by amazing driven talents - I learn a lot from others working here.

      Cons

      Being at a start-up, the work does get high octane at various times but it really does come down to my own time management.
