Pros
Company has some big ideas for growth. You can be the worst driver in the UK and you’d still keep your job, nobody will ever challenge you.
Cons
Seem to spend money on unimportant things. Trucks are old and tired, unless you’re based in head office or Essex, then you will get a new one every year. Pay could be better, and doesn’t match all depots. Traffic department are immensely disorganised, there is about 8 of them sitting on the same desk and they don’t communicate.

Pros
Family oriented All work colleagues are friendly and supportive Work hours are reasonable and if you do get a long shift you've usually had plenty of short shifts for it not to bother you
Cons
They sometimes would complain about not having worked enough hours, but then when you ask for more work they wouldn't have any to give you
