Pros

Working with nice and bright colleagues very invested in their work. Diverse missions and quickly growing responsibilities. Good work-life balance: very decent hours and possibility to do sports at lunchtime....

Cons

Although home office is possible it is a bit limited especially in the beginning, during your training period.

Pros

The software has amazing potential on a market that is rapidly growing. I've never come across a company with sharper people. While I believe the product is ahead of it's time, the sales director and founders are on the right track to a humongous success if they play their cards right. Management is close to its employees and the guidance given is priceless.

Cons

They never hid it but this the product is complex to understand and even more challenging to sell. However, if you put your mind to it and remain curious there's no reason not to enjoy your work

Pros

Difficult to find some pros

Cons

Let's compare what the website says vs real life at the company: "We believe in people being comfortable" > Yes, but you will have to eat at noon, arrive at 09:30 (hours of arrival and departure are checked as others said), and expect your time at the coffee machine to be clocked. No arrangement for employees with children, even though management can bring theirs to work, especially during the holidays. Employees can't work remotely with kids around, but again, management can. Employees should have "a well-made head, rather than a well-filled head" > but if you don't come from a Grand Ecole, expect to be left aside by management and other "well-filled heads" coming from those Grand Ecoles. "A cohesive team" > the company is divided into two teams: those worshiping management (doing everything they can to please them, including reporting like Police officers what others do, think and say... ) and those who would like to run away from such a toxic environment but are afraid to end up in a company that is even worse. "If you are looking for a company involving politics, scorecards, race for promotion, that's not Lokad" > Only those who are in the management's good books can hope to be promoted, plus - believe it or not - only French people coming from Grandes Ecoles get promoted. "A diverse team". Yes, but not too many women, as some people like to be the Queen bee, probably because they don't like to have women around that are more intelligent than them. Last but not least: expect to find plenty of lunatic people in the management. Your day can completely change according to the way some of them wake up. Keep also in mind that there is not a "bonus scheme" in place. If there were one probably people would stay a little bit longer (people come and go every 2.5 years)?
