Pros

All the London Eye teams were very diversity and equality-friendly.

Cons

This job was straight up subhuman, it is the worst company I have ever worked at by far. Breaking down some of the things me and my team went through: -We were constantly told to break safety rules by putting more than 28 people per capsule in order to sell as many tickets as possible. We even made it a competition to see who could fill the capsules the most. The record was 56 people inside a pod. You can imagine people were not happy about this. -We were constantly verbally abused by customers, even some of us got physically abused and customers got no consequences to their behaviour. My colleague and I got called the C-word once by a customer and management gave this customer and his family a private pod so "the customer wouldn't disturb other customers". The customer never apologised. -A customer who didn't speak English brought what seemed a weapon into the attraction and when security spotted it, they called the police and asked management to stop letting people into the attraction as a protection measure. They continued loading people into the attraction as usual, even without informing employees until two days later. They have no regards on their employees' safety at all. -Management forced employees to re-direct customers during storm Eunice and even DURING A BOMB THREAT. There are so many other things I could complain about this role and the management team (like playing favourites in internal hiring, forcing people to be in positions they were not comfortable in, actively stopping employees from filing sexual harassment complaints,...), and everyone that I know worked there could tell you all the horror stories. Do not work there and never visit! They deserve to be closed down.
