Pros
Well, 1). It's a start-up agency - so with that you get much of the 'start-up' culture for daily work. Which is awesome for me because I was able to drink my IPAs and chew my Copenhagen during the workday and it'd be chill. The Founder/President and the Creative Director were like the same type bros you'd imagine being in your old fraternity, except older and married having kids. Overall, it was a fun time and the work load was just as demanding as other startups would be.
Cons
It was a contract position, so there was no security for benefits, 401k, paid vacation, none. You'd just get a check cut every two weeks made out to you, for your hardwork and duty.
