This job requires virtually no skill and is a glorified administrative assistant role. You spend your day literally cold-calling professionals and fishing for resumes as a third-tier recruitment firm with absolutely no brand in the market place. You pretend to be someone who actually knows something about finance but in actuality you have no idea what you are talking about. At the same time pay is low ($45K to $40K base salaries!), while you learn absolutely nothing begging candidates to fill terrible jobs for cheap clients who are looking to cut costs and work on 15% to 20% base salary searches. Honestly, I would never wish this place on my worst enemy. These guys and GQR are literally the bottom feeders of the industry.

-Founders are aloof and have no idea what is going on in the market -Compensation is minimal and based on a grimey commission model ($35K Salaries!) -We work on a random hodge podge of jobs and are known in the industry as bottom feeders -Management writes fake reviews as you can see with the two positive reviews here -Team mates are honestly garbage. We recently took all the leftover talent from Mercury and a bunch of failed undergrads. We cant be a winning team if we just take people willing to work on a $35K salary because they have no skills -terrible work culture; no team morale or team unity -bosses beg us to work harder all the time because they dont know how to manage their clients -firm is losing clients fast -
